01. Charter of Ethical Management

VDMIL Group India aims to practice ethical management through
respecting fair competition and order of the free market and complying
with law and business ethics so that it becomes a trusted company that
contributes to the nation and society and meets the national and social
demands. For the purpose, the company drew up the Charter of Ethical
Management by which all the personnel judge values and behaviors in
everyday lives as well as corporate activities. VDMIL Group India will grow
alongside all stakeholders to be a corporation with a transparent culture
that is trusted by both the market and customers.

02. Understanding of Ethical Management

In ethical management, the company regards not only its legal and
economic responsibilities but ethical responsibilities expected by the
society as its duties and so makes it a rule to voluntarily comply with
business ethics. Such ethical responsibilities necessitate the two
corporate backbones of profitability and social responsibility being
controlled and complemented by each other.

In ethical management, the company tries to correct wrong practices, such as an undesirable charging structure, and furthermore sharpen its competitive edge and maximize economic values added, thus winning the trust of all stakeholders including customers, shareholders, employees, competitors, suppliers, the government, and the society.
